How do I install the kontakt library I just bought?

It’s simple! You unzip the file(s) you’ve downloaded to the directory you keep all your libraries files! In some cases (for Window Users only) we use WiX installer to save you from the trouble of unzipping those files. Just click on the .msi file and let the instructions guide you through!

What version of Kontakt must I have?

The version of Kontakt is described in the Specification tab of each of our products. Be sure to check if it is compatible!

Can I order a boxed version of your product?

All of our libraries and patches are offered in digital form.

My download link expired and I was unable to download the file.

This shouldn’t be a problem! E-mail us and we’ll help you get through this!

I’m having problem installing the library/patch.

If the installation fails, please contact us and provide us with as many details as you can (a screenshot would also help) and we will be glad to help!


Which payment methods are accepted?

Origins of Audio uses one of the best e-commerce platform, Fastspring. Fastspring is a secure and trustworthy platform in which you can use all methods of payment (Bank Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit cards, Paypal), you name it!


Is it safe?

Yes! Because after you move on to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to our Fastspring Webstore secure site, from which you can proceed with the payment! We do not store any data on our website.

There was a problem with my transaction!

Kontakt Developer or Kontakt Player?

So far, all our libraries work only with the full version of Kontakt. Kontakt player would only make our libraries playable for a limited time as a demo.

Required HDD free space and RAM

In the Requirements tab in each library, there is a full description for the HDD size and RAM needed.


Can I install the library I bought on multiple computers?

Sure you can! As long as you are the one to own these computers and use our libraries.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds. Please make sure to read the Requirements section of each product, to ensure its compatibility, and please do contact us if you have any further question!
